We are not sure if we have a racoon problem or cat

We have been battling for a few years with a racoon using our shed roof as its bathroom!!Lets just say ewwwww... until the other day I saw our neighbours cat stalking out our roof!! No he didn't use it for potty ....
We still have the racoon (sitings) :) but now we have this guy visiting too. He is a very friendly cat ,the owners have 7 kids!! Gentle as can be....
