New name

 Well it's been a long time.Honestly forgot about this blog until I was looking into files needing deleted. I still make cards but not enough I figure!

My newest craft are 3d Paper Art in frames. Now to figure out how to add pictures.

Well I am still around just haven't made any cards.. Pinterest is the thing right now and i have posted a few things i have made:) Hoping to post some things soon.

Sorry blog world ! I have been busy with life...new job..son in grade one ....holidays etc. I am still around and have made some cards well Christmas cards and just haven't posted them.The craft room is a mess and in need of a major cleaning..

CAS0710 Outlawz Challenge

This card was made without any dsp. or any embellishments. The snowballs and buttons were made using a paper hole punch leftovers.!! Popped the snowman up and just ripped the paper to make it look like snow drifts!!

Flowers Real and a Card...

I was outside the other day and saw a opportunity to take some cool photos of some of my flowers.. now don't ask what they are called as I have no idea!!!!! :) Just love how bright the red is on the first picture!
The card took me two days to figure out.. :( and I am still not happy with it.. the color of the leaves..the holes on bottom aren't straight.. even though it looked straight.. maybe i should make another one to perfect it.. so critical..
Anyhow I am going down to the craft cave to make a card for a challenge for the Outlawz...

Teacher gift

Today was my sons graduation from kindergarten.. All of the students were sent home with a sheet to color Their favorite thing about kindergarten.. and sign their name. and a picture of themselves..well the album turned out fantastic..I altered the front inside and back .. the pictures aren't to clear but i think you get the idea!!! We used a 8x8 album and with minor adjustments to the paper I slipped them in.The pictures are blurry and I need to figure out how to take proper pictures in a classroom and gym :).

Today while out shopping I found a Heidi Swapp clear stamp set with the cutest little birds in it..Soo My hands were itching to make cards. I tell you I have been in a funk and this last week I have made 3 cards..

Sympathy Card

Hi Everyone!!!
Well My husband came home last night and told me a friend had just lost her father.. so sad..
anyhow he asked if I had a card in my stash (yes I am a card hoarder).Well I didn't really have anything so off to my desk I went!! I did make 2 different cards for him to choose from. Loved both but he chose the thoughts and prayer (tree ) card. I took pictures very late with no sunlight and I will post them just to show the difference between sunlight and night shots.. wow!!! Here they are....

The first card was made with a dark blue c/s ,very vanilla,and the awash with flowers stamp set and of course some blue brads, square lattice embossing folder.
Ink I used .. night of navy,pear pizzaz,basic black.

Second card was made with some early espresso,old olive,very vanilla c/s ,square lattice embossing folder and tree stamp from thoughts and prayers stamp set ,retired with sympathy stamp.

Fathers Day Card and gift...

My husband never wants a gift ..so I make him stuff for his office and he loves it!
So today trying to think what to make him.. ohh lets alter some items. I had a notebook,note pad,paper weight.. I love how they turned out .They look like leather!!!! Hoping they dry properly a little tacky right now.

I have posted 2 versions of the card.. Number 1 is without the brads and I thought that it just needed that extra bling!! I sponged all the edges to make it look aged.
Well off to put the kiddo to bed..

Easter Card

This was a quick card probably under 20 minutes.
I used pear pizzaz,whisper white, dsp,Blushing bride,and the new platinum shimmer paint.. and a little bling on the rabbits nose. Pretty shear white ribbon.. Love how it came together and of course the Tulip embossing folder.

Wedding Invites

I have been busy making some samples for my sister to choose from...
She has decided to go with the Baroque Swirls .. So much prettier in real life.. Yes I know there is a smudge but it is a sample ... it is now detached from the back part of card..:)

I was trying to figure out cards for regionals and this ended up being in my reject file.. Not sure why.I love the colors together..
I used Mustard,chocolate chip,very vanilla,old olive ink,chocolate chip ink,versamark ,and clear emboss powder.. chocolate ship ribbon and some bling..
